It is important that you know who is going to be in your home and you can be assured that all of our people have been through our detailed recruitment policy including a security check. Although you will be assigned a regular maid and most of the time it will be the same person,
there may be the odd occasion when another maid will need to take their place and where possible we will let you know.
This is entirely your decision and we are happy to suggest alternatives so that you can make a choice.
We will provide an estimate via the *request a website estimate form, however we are basing this estimate entirely on the number of rooms which is not ideal. We always prefer to pay a home visit, that way you can see who you are dealing with and discuss your options enabling you to design the home cleaning service you would like to have.
Since Maids@Home take pride in the quality of work we provide, our Maids supply the basic kit to enable them to achieve that however, there is one important piece of equipment that you will need to have on site for their use, the vacuum cleaner. The reason for this is that we do
not want any of our valued clients playing host to someone else's dust mites & odours. Some clients have pets and some do not and dust mites & fleas can be spread even to wooden floors via the vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner will need to be well maintained and
in good working order to ensure a thorough clean of your floors.

We the majority of clients prefer to pay by internet banking however we will also accept cheques by request.
